Qualify with a mortgage lender. This step will help you in choosing the right home.

The 1st Step…. Get pre-qualified for a loan. Go see your Banker, Credit Union or favorite Mortgage lender. Choose this person carefully as they will be a key to your home purchase. You will be asked to provide them with financial information so they can qualify you for aloan. Ask about available programs that you could qualify for. Your power in making an offer and buying is knowing the price range you can purchase. This step literally will open homes doors. Once this step is completed, it’s time to go shopping! This is where the fun begins. |

Find a Realtor® you can trust… |
The 2nd Step…In the home buying process is to find an experienced Realtor® that you can trust and sign a Buyer’s Agent Agreement. This guarantees, by the laws of the state, that your needs are met professionally and represented throughout the entire process of buying your home. Making Your Offer |
Be Careful – This is a BIG Step…When you find your dream home, you should present a competitive offer immediately. I have experience in contract negotiations. We will work together to ensure you get just what you want for a fair price – a transaction in your best interest. | |

The Accepted Agreement. |
We’re Starting to progress Now … When the seller accepts your offer, you go “under contract.” You want to make sure every detail is handled accurately and timely. I will ensure to the best of my ability that your home closes properly and on time. | |

Appraisals & Inspections |
You’re in the “HOME” Stretch! Appraisals are ordered by your lender to verify the value of the home. (It has to qualify just like you did in the first step.) Then once the remaining details are finished and inspections are completed to your satisfaction we head to closing! | |

Once the purchase is RECORDED it is yours. |
